We recommend washing before wearing!The label always says the recommended washing method. T-shirts and sweatshirts are washed at 30°. Always iron the garments upside down so as not to spoil the prints
Delivery time
All shipments are made via DHL The expected delivery time must be calculated from the date of payment.
Domestic orders will normally take approximately 48 hours. For international orders it will take about 5 working days.
It is important that you include a telephone number in your order in case no one is home during delivery. This way we can arrange delivery for another time or take it to another place of your choice without increasing costs.
We send all our orders using certified mail, however, some countries do not provide us with a tracking service. In any case, in case you have encountered problems / noticed a delay, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to help you.
Guarantees and returns or size changes
We offer you 10 days from delivery to return your order. As long as the garment is not worn, washed and in good condition.
How to proceed with a return or size change?
The product has arrived damaged/defective or the size is wrong: write to earthwearitalia@outlook.it sending a photo of the product, return it with the delivery note indicating if you want to replace it with another product or if you want a refund and send it to the address - Vescovado street n° 51 Padua 35141 - Italy
When we receive the products we will provide you with a code so that you can make a new purchase at no extra cost. If what you want is the return of the money, we will make the refund using the same payment method from which the purchase was made.
